For what reasons can you return or exchange an item?
Reasons for Return and Exchange:
- Damaged Product: You can return or exchange an item if it is damaged upon receipt.
- Unsuitable (for fashion items): If the item does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you can return or exchange it.
- Discrepancy from Description: If the product does not match the description or images in the advertisement, you have the right to return or exchange it.
- Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, we offer an easy return or exchange option.
- Missing Parts: If a part of the product is missing, please contact us for a solution.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or the product does not meet our terms, we also accept returns.
Return Conditions:
To facilitate a return or exchange of your product, Both the item and the packaging must meet the following conditions:
Condition of packaging: The original packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition. Adhesive tape, stickers, or other alterations that could damage the packaging are not permitted. Otherwise, the package will be considered incomplete and is not eligible for a refund.
Return period: Products can be registered for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service within this period. After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
Exclusions: Items cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind, especially if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
Shipping costs: For returns and exchanges not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.
Processing status: Once an item's status has been changed to "Shipped," you can register the item online for a return or exchange. The status will be updated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
